How can I start Turbo jam?
I have all the info. I need and set up a program but I can’t start, any suggestions or motivational reviews.
also does anybody have another diet they know works faster or maybe better

You will love turbo Jam. I highly recommend doing the Learn and Burn video a few times to get used to the moves. Then go right to the 20 Min. Workout. That will get you hooked
You will love the workouts and the energy that Chalene has.
One of the most motivational things I have heard is to workout even when you do not want to. That is the most important time to do it. Even if you do just 10 Min and then stop. Do something!
As far as the diet, the Turbo Jam plan is actually very good. If you want more suggestions and are a club member you can go right online and create a personalized meal plan based on your goals. The plans are great and even prints a shopping list for you!
I hope you get started. If you need additional help you should have been assigned a coach when you purchased the program (look on your Team beachbody log in page). There are also message boards with lots of people doing Turbo Jam! There is great motivation and help there!

I want to lose 4 to 5 pounds and don’t want to join a gym?
I plan on using my exercise bike daily and I already eat pretty decent. I’m going to cut out deep fried stuff, which I hardly eat anyways and stock up on the fruits and veggies. Any other recommendations to help me lose these winter pounds? Thanks!

There are plenty of fitness programs available on video. You can find these on TV infomercials all the time. Things like the Firm, or P90x or Turbo Jam come to mind. They all give you ability to work out in provacy and comfort of your own home. If you need motivation most of these also provide online communities to track your workouts and talk with others using the programs. You just have to motivate your self to push play and get started.
Another option that has worked for me in the past is weight watchers. Whether online or via local meetings. I have used both and have had success with both. Write down what you eat and stick to their plan and you will lose weight.
Drink water. Stay hydrated. 8 glasses or more per day. Coffee pop, tea, sweet drinks dont count. Stratight up water does it. My rule. If I drink 1 cup of coffee i have to drink 1 galss of water to get back to zero then still drink 8 more glasses.
Walk. Get up and move. 20-30 minutes per day. Just walk. Get a sweat and you’ll be doing good. Startwith 10 minutes and do your best. Add a minute a day if it is difficult. Get better than your self. Just move.
Eat less than you burn. Look at the weightwatchers website to see what they tell you about what you should eat for your weight and where you should be based on your age, height, etc etc. Like I said it worked for me.
What work out plan would i need to get pecs and abs like zak begans? from ghost adventures…?
What weekly exercise plan?
What foods certain foods do I eat?
And how can I do this at home with out weights?

There are many answers to your questions, I highly reccomend this program. It will cost you some dollar but everything will be there in one complete pack with NO weights necessary in the comfort of your own home.
If you’re unsure, watch some videos on youtube. I haven’t personally tried it but I do believe the proof and description about how the workouts work will help you get into perfect shape.

Has any lost weight using Ashwagandha leaves?
I saw Swami Ramdev video about taking ashwagandha leaves 3 times a day to reduce weight, was just wondering if any has tried it or knows more about it.

If you are trying to get rid of some weight quickly, you are not the only one because many others have this goal. Although losing weight is obtainable, doing it requires a lot of hard work and determination. Obviously, you still want to be healthy while you are losing your weight. These few suggestions will help you reach your desired weight as soon as possible.
No one can blame you for wanting to lose weight as quickly as humanly possible, but you must be realistic when setting your goals. By setting short term goals that are achievable, you can make gradual progress until you reach your ideal weight. If you could, for example, lose an average of 2 pounds per week, this may not sound like much, but it will add up quickly. It’s possible doing that to lose up to 25 pounds in just a matter of a few months. This is opposed to you setting a goal of losing the whole 25 in three months, which would only lead to frustration and you quitting. So if you want to lose weight, go just a tad bit at a time and you will lose all that weight eventually. Losing weight quickly can be done, but it can’t be done too rapidly or else you will only hinder your results. Everyone knows that the secret to losing weight is to eat less and workout more. However, many people don’t recognize the value of weight lifting and strength training, for women as well as men, when it comes to losing weight. walk 3miles or for an hour and a half a day and do 100crunches im 5″4 218.5lbs i think because im over weight the first stage of my weight loss will be pretty good i think that this 18.5lbs will come off pretty quickly not in a week but maybe 2or3 what do you think im consuming about 1000calories aday what so you think ?

Woah woah woah partner…1000 calories a day? You definately need to do at least 2000 calories a day or else your metabolism is going to shut down and you wont burn anything, and when you do start eating like a human again youll gain weight like you never have before. Now that we have that squared away, the biggest mistake you can make is to rush. In 5 days you really dont want to lose more than 2-4 pounds. Its good that youre excersizing but dont push it or else youll just burn out. There are ways to lose 18.5 pounds in such a short time, but if you do itll be water weight which you will promptly gain right back. So just go into this for the long haul, set up a workout program, maybe even get some fitness books/videos to get you motivated. Join a gym, thats usually great motivation, being around others with similar goals will give you plenty to keep going. But on major tip when it comes to taking your time that you have to keep in mind is….A year from now is going to come. Either way. You will be sitting there in september 2011. You might not be able to control whether you lose plenty of weight within a week, but you CAN control whether youre skinnier or overweight when 2011 rolls around.
