Is there a fat burning diet pill that works?

Well I’ve spent hours on the internet searching for an answer and have not found 2 list that have the same “best” pills, which is very discouraging bc which “best” do you pick if none are the same. I probably almost ordered 5 different ones only to find another one that i thought might be better. Finally i figured out which type of pill i need and then it was easier to narrow down the list.. now about me: I am a 24 year old woman with 3 kids, ever since my mid teens i’ve always had the same build at 5’2″ and 103lbs (minus being pregnant) even after having all 3 kids my weight always went back to 103. I also smoked cigarettes. Well 2 yrs ago i had a partial hysterectomy in august and then with I quit smoking that following march. Within the first month of not smoking my weight went from 103 to 112 (no biggie) and i seemed to hold onto that weight until November. Somewhere between nov and feb my weight went to 131 which i didn’t understand why bc i only ate more for the first month of not smoking and then went back to my normal eating habits. This was not okay to me… with such a small frame the 28lbs did not look good on me, it all seem to go to my belly, butt and thighs. I went from 18.8 bmi (healthy) to 23.9 (healthy but close to the max which is 24.9). So I started eating healthier, stopped drinking soda and high sugared beverages, and got a gym membership working out with a trainer 3 days a week and doing an hr on the treadmill the other 3 days with sunday being my day off. Well i did that for 3 months and stayed the same weight but did notice that my body was starting to look a little better but not enough for me.

Which has brought me here.. i know its not a great idea to start diet pills but i’m getting desperate.. my marriage, self esteem, and wallet have taken a beating.. i don’t want to smoke again bc i feel great and also believe i’ll end up with cancer like majority of my older family members that smoke. But every time i get on the scale thats all i think about is smoking to go back to my normal weight. I think when i quit smoking my metabolism lowered bc of it causing me to gain weight.. I think if i can get back to that weight it will be much easier for me to maintain the weight (which is what i’m doing now) bc by the time i realized what the soda and food was doing it was too late and i had already gained the weight. well now i want to lose weight, i would be happy at 108 which is the suggested weight for my size.

So after all the research i have decided to order ephBURN25. I know it has ephedra but they regulated how much and its low enough that if taken properly will work without being dangerous. I am gonna stay on my same diet, but unfortunately i have no time for the gym now that school is out so i am doing what i can at home. planks, plunges, squats, jumping jacks and ball exercises. I am waiting to get the pills in the mail and am very excited to start. I will update my results so that hopefully its easier for others to decide if its right for them bc its hard to know which one to get bc everything is being “sold”. well this is just me trying to figure out what works for me! Please be 18 yrs or older to take my advice. I do believe diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight and should be tried first! I am trying this to get a push bc nothing else i’ve tried is working. I’m not here to promote anything, just maybe help answer a question that doesn’t seem to be answered.

Do you think that I could lose stomach fat if a did this?

So I am only fat when it comes to my belly! I have been trying to do a bunch of exercizes and diet plans all summer, but it didn’t work!!! Now school starts on August 20th, And I still havn’t lost the fat!! Like when I’m standing you can see my ribs, after my ribs, comes the fat, ugh! And what sucks the most is the fact that thats the only part of me thats fat!! The rest of my body, I’m skinny! My boobs are smaller them my stomach..:(! And I know that your only supposed to lose weight by not targeting one area, but if I lose anything more on my arms and legs I’ll be skin and bones! (With the exeption of my stomach..lol) So do you think that this could work??
Everynight for 2-3 hours straight I will do ab exercizes! Drinking lots of water, and when I have to use the bathroom I will hold in/suck in my stomach, then when I’m done, I will fall asleep! And if I do this for 5 days, do you think that I will see a difference?? If not, then what can I do so this way I can lose the tummy fat by Augest 20th!!!! Thanks!!!

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do by Aug. 20 that will make a difference. What you need to do is to make sure you are eating a very healthy diet of at least 1500 calories a day with enough protein, and join a gym and start a strength training/weight lifting routine. If you don’t have access to a gym check here for strength training exercises you can do at home. Strength training/weight lifting is really helpful for long term weight loss and for keeping the weight off and for boosting your metabolism.

Should I get a tummy tuck?

I had a baby 5mths ago and haven’t loss any weight! I had our first daughter young and it ruined my belly, despite losing weight afterwards I never again had a tight abdomn. Now I’m just fat. There are some woman who can pull it off, but it looks funny on me! Rather then just invest on more expensive clothing, should I get a tummy tuck?
Oh, I don’t eat poorly but I’m confined to my house all day and can’t go for walks. Exercising with no room to do so or equipment isn’t easy. What do I do? I’m 196pds and 5’5″
I can’t walk because I fall alot. I have Ataxia, it happened when I was prego. I can’t go very far without using something likey forearm crutches.

Walking is good for loosing weight, but crunches are what affects the way the tummy looks and you don’t have to leave the house for those. They’re hard at first, but the more that you do them, the easier they become.

Before you decide whether or not to do surgery, look into possible complications and down time. It’s a pretty painful procedure, and you probably won’t be wanting to lift a growing baby while recovering.

I’m not against tummy tucks. I’m actually concidering one myself down the road. I’m 5’2″, and my first baby was 9 lbs 5.8 oz – she had no where to go but out, and my poor tummy was stretched to the max.

Here’s the deal I have made with myself: I’m going to get my weight down (probably in the 140 zone) and if I still don’t like the way my stomache looks, then I’ll consult a cosmetic surgeon.

How to lose a few if you aren’t overweight…?

I am a 19 year old college student and I am very happy and confident in my body but I feel that I could tone it up a little bit more.

I am almost 5’5 and about 140lbs. I run about 2 miles a day and usually do another 30 minutes on a cardio machine. I also lift upperbody 3 days a week and lower body 3 days a week on non-consecutive days. While I exercise a healthy amount I have a terrible sweet tooth and a really bad snacking habit.

I am looking to lost 2 inches from my waist and an inch off my hips over the course of the next year or so…does anyone have any advice or suggestions as I know it is difficult to lose weight when you don’t have a whole lot to lose.

Any advice on ways to curb my snack and sweet cravings?? Good exercises to lost inches from my waist, etc.

I would appreciate any help! Thanks so much! :)

Girls, would you sleep with a guy whose belly sticks out a bit?

I’ve put on a bit of weight since I went to university. I’m not fat, and I wouldn’t say I’m chubby yet, but my features are somewhat rounder than they used to be and my belly kind of sticks out (same with my breasts, though they haven’t turned into manboobs yet. Man-triangles? Haha, eww). When I’m wearing clothes you can’t really see it, but while I’m in the shower its obvious. Anyway, there was this girl I had a thing with, and she wanted to be in a sexual relationship. I basically said no. I’m not that comfortable with my body, though I didn’t give that as the reason. I just told her I wasn’t ready for that kind of relationship yet. I was already sitting on the fence about dating her, so I just decided to leave it.

The body problem still remains though. I’ve been trying to lose weight but my belly/chest don’t seem to be going down :/ Like, my face has slimmed, but the rest is sort of the same.

It’s terrifying, I don’t want to get undressed for a girl who thinks I’m amazing, and then when she sees my body she’s like, “Holy crap! What’s wrong with you? Sorry, I can’t do this. Let’s not date anymore. I’m going home!!”

Of course nobody would REALLY say that, but I don’t know what most guys look like topless. I can’t tell if this kind of body is normal or if I really, really need to slim down (which I’m doing anyway, but it’s taking a while).

She wants a sexual relationship? Really… I don’t really think you should engage in that, You should get to know her first, what if she’s got sexually transmitted diseases?

To be honest, you sound like an Intelligent man and that’s extremely attractive. A woman will look past the body and screw you for the emotional and intelligence experience, that is of course if the girl herself isn’t just after sex to satisfy her own libido, but sorry to say If she just wanted to be in sexual relationship then all she is after is your body and not you. My advice would be not to get into this sexual relationship unless you just want to screw her and not engage in a serious relationship, because by the sounds of it all she wants is someone to fill that hole in her life and not someone to spend her days with… Emotionally and intellectually.

Look as long as you’re not obese who cares, most Greek statues of men are pretty plump and they’re the most erotic things you can find in public! To be honest to answer your question about sleeping with a guy whose belly sticks out a bit… Yes under circumstances that he’s an intelligent human being that has an intimate caring connection towards me, nothing in the world will matter. That’s what love is, it’s passion with that connection, that fiery masses… It’s not all about physical attraction. I see good looking men on T.V, models… But as soon as they open their mouth and I see how snooty and up their *sses they are, I am so over to them.
